How do I know if you have received my application?
Applying via our Job Search section generates an automated e-mail response confirming receipt of your application. Our goal is to keep valued candidates like you informed of your status throughout the recruitment process, however, due to the large volume of applications we receive, we are unable to personally respond to each one, every time.
Do you provide sponsorship for employment?
If you need sponsorship now or in the future, look for a statement in the job description before you apply such as "Thrive Causemetics will consider sponsoring a new, qualified applicant for employment authorization for this position." If this is not listed in the job description, Thrive Causemetics is unable to provide sponsorship for the candidate to work in the United States.
For remote roles, will equipment be provided?
To set up your at-home workspace, we provide general tech equipment as well as a technology stipend when you start. The type of equipment provided will vary depending on the needs of the role.
Does Thrive Causemetics offer internships?
At this time we do not have a formal campus internship program in place, however, we often open many entry level positions. Read through our Careers page to see what entry level positions are currently available.

Where is your office located?
We have two locations. Our main corporate headquarters is located in Los Angeles, California, and we have a second office located in Bellevue, Washington.
