SHIPPING

We are working hard to process and deliver your items as soon as possible. We recommend that you complete your purchase(s) by end of day 12/14 for standard shipping and by end of day 12/16 for priority shipping to receive in time for the holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification regarding your tracking information.

It usually takes 1-3 business days for your order to be fulfilled and shipped by our team. Due to the holiday season, it may take an additional business day to fulfill and ship your order. 

Standard shipping is FREE on all U.S. purchases of $35 and over (excluding taxes). For orders under $35, standard shipping is $5.95. The total delivery time (excluding processing time) for standard shipping is typically 3-7 business days.

Priority shipping is $7.95 on all U.S. purchases. The total delivery time (excluding processing time) for priority shipping is typically 2-4 business days.

Please note that any orders placed after 12 p.m. PST on Friday will process on the following Monday.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of you, and our goal is to bring you joy and simplify your beauty routine.

To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our Returns and Exchanges website to start the return process. Using your order number and U.S. shipping zip code, you will be able to start your return or exchange process. Completing the process will provide you with a pre-paid return label. Please note: A $5 return processing fee will be taken out of your return amount if returned on the original form of payment. If you need to make an exchange, please note that we only accept one exchange per product purchased. If you need to exchange more than once on a product, you will need to make a return, and you will receive a refund. For any international orders, please email help@thrivecausemetics.com.

REFUNDS

If you ordered using a credit card, we will credit your account within 14 business days. The credit should appear on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you have requested an exchange, your account will be charged for the new item and credited for the return. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges. 

Our return policy:

We want you to love your purchase, and if for whatever reason you don’t, email us within 90 days of purchase at help@thrivecausemetics.com and we will do our best to make you happy. We handle returns on a case-by-case basis, and customer satisfaction is our ultimate goal. 

We do our best to accommodate most returns, but in some cases, we cannot accept all returns. We will do our best to take care of you and treat you fairly, and we ask that our customers treat us fairly as well. We do not accept returns for gift cards.

Receipt policy:

Your receipt or order number helps us locate your purchase the fastest. If you don't have a receipt, we may ask for more information to better assist with your request.

We currently do not have the ability to generate gift receipts for your order(s), but please contact us let us know how we can help with any specific requests.
