Shipping

We are working hard to process and deliver your items as soon as possible. We recommend that you complete your purchase(s) by end of day on 12/10 for Expedited Parcel Shipping and by end of day on 12/18 for Xpresspost Shipping  to receive before the holidays. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email notification regarding your shipping and tracking information.

It usually takes 1-3 business days for your order to be fulfilled and shipped by our team. Due to the holiday season, it may take an additional business day to fulfill and ship your order. 

Expedited Parcel Shipping is FREE on all Canada purchases of $75 and over (excluding taxes). For orders under $75, Expedited Parcel Shipping costs vary by province. The total delivery time for Expedited Parcel Shipping is typically 4-8 business days, with exceptions for remote provinces.

Xpresspost Shipping costs vary by province on all Canadian purchases. The total delivery time (excluding processing time) for Xpresspost Shipping is typically 3-5 business days, with exceptions for remote provinces.

Please note that any orders placed after 12:00pm PST on Friday will fulfill on the following Monday.

Returns + Exchanges

We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of you, and our goal is to bring you joy and simplify your beauty routine. We now offer free returns on all purchases to provide a risk-free shopping experience. Start your return and get a pre-paid label to ship your item back to us free of charge.

To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our returns + exchanges website to start the return process. Using your order number and U.S. shipping zip code, you will be able to start your return or exchange process. Completing the process will provide you with a pre-paid return label. Please note: A $5 return processing fee will be taken out of your return amount if returned on the original form of payment. If you need to make an exchange, please note that we only accept one exchange per product purchased. If you need to exchange more than once on a product, you will need to make a return, and you will receive a refund. For any international orders, please email help@thrivecausemetics.com.

Refunds

If you ordered using a credit card, we will credit your account within 14 business days. The credit should appear on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you have requested an exchange, your account will be charged for the new item and credited for the return. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges. 

Our return policy:

We want you to love your purchase, and if for whatever reason you don’t, email us within 90 days of purchase at help@thrivecausemetics.com and we will do our best to make you happy. We handle returns on a case-by-case basis, and customer satisfaction is our ultimate goal. 

We do our best to accommodate most returns, but in some cases, we cannot accept all returns. We will do our best to take care of you and treat you fairly, and we ask that our customers treat us fairly as well. We do not accept returns for gift cards.

Receipt policy:

Your receipt or order number helps us locate your purchase the fastest. If you don't have a receipt, we may ask for more information to better assist with your request.

We currently do not have the ability to generate gift receipts for your order(s), but please contact us let us know how we can help with any specific requests.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin or fragrance-free?

Yes! Our products are formulated to be gentle and suitable for sensitive skin. Every Thrive Causemetics® formula is made without parabens, phthalates, sulfates, or synthetic fragrance. Learn more about our vegan, clean ingredients!

Do I still earn reward points on holiday gift sets or sale items?

Absolutely. You’ll earn points for every dollar spent, even on gift sets and sale items! Learn more about how to earn and redeem points in the Thrive Causemetics Rewards program.

Can I return or exchange a gift I received?

Yes. If you received a gift and do not have the order number, our team can still help you with a return or exchange. We’ll simply ask for a few details about the gifter to locate the purchase. Visit our Returns + Exchanges page for more information.

What happens if the person I gifted something to wants to exchange it?

No problem. They can exchange gifts through our Returns Portal with the order number and shipping zip code.

How do I find vegan skincare or makeup gift ideas for different skin types?

Can I include a personalized message with my gift?

Absolutely! You can include a message along with the Thrive Causemetics e-gift card by selecting the ‘I want to send this as a gift’checkbox. You’ll find it just below where you select the amount.

Do you include receipts or prices in gift shipments?

While a packing slip will be included with each order, the prices are not listed, only the products. You’ll receive all additional order details by email instead, making it easy to send gifts without spoiling the surprise.

Can I use discount codes during holiday promotions?
