Thrive Causemetics® was founded with a vision that went beyond creating vegan and cruelty-free beauty products; we aimed to make a tangible difference in the world. As part of this mission, we established our Giving Program to help communities thrive. Since its launch in 2015, the Giving Program has supported more than 500 nonprofit organizations.
What Is the Thrive Causemetics Giving Program?
The Thrive Causemetics® Giving Program is our company's way of giving back. Through this initiative, we donate to a variety of nonprofit organizations — our Giving Partners — that support individuals overcoming challenges such as cancer, domestic abuse, and homelessness.
Your Orders Power Our Donations With Every Purchase
When you purchase your favorite items from us, we contribute either the same product, another necessary item, or a monetary donation to our Giving Partners. They, in turn, use the power of cosmetics to support and connect with their clients.
Additionally, the entire Thrive Causemetics® Family helps us formulate and create new products and introduces us to new Giving Partners, furthering our impact.
Empowering Change Through 500+ Giving Partners
Thanks to you, we have donated to nonprofits supporting people throughout the United States and beyond. Our Giving Partners aid communities affected by cancer, homelessness, domestic abuse, and more. They also help those fighting for racial and social justice, education, LGBTQ+ rights, youth empowerment, and veteran support.
To date, we have worked with 500+ Giving Partners, and with your help, have donated over $140 million in funds and products.
How We Choose Our Giving Partners
Our Giving Partners are chosen through an application process and committee review. Nonprofits interested in joining us as Giving Partners can apply during our open application window.
Our selection process involves the following:
Application Submission: Nonprofits must submit an application and demonstrate their alignment with our mission and impact on their communities. Applicants must be registered 501(c)(3) organizations contributing to one of our eight key causes:
- Cancer
- Domestic Abuse
- Homelessness
- Education
- LGBTQ+
- Racial + Social Justice
- Under-Resourced Youth
- Veterans
An Internal Impact Committee Review: Our committee rigorously evaluates each application, focusing on the organization's values, community needs, and effectiveness.
