Bigger Than Beauty™ Spotlight: The Shoebox Project

At Thrive Causemetics®, we’re passionate about creating thoughtfully formulated products that are Bigger Than Beauty® and help make a positive impact on the women in our communities. That’s why, for every product you purchase, we donate to help women thrive during the holiday season and year-round.

Since 2018, Thrive Causemetics® has been donating products to our Giving Partner, The Shoebox Project. The Shoebox Project’s mission is to distribute decorated gift boxes to women who are experiencing homelessness or at-risk of homelessness, each filled with items like Thrive Causemetics® products, hand-picked to brighten their holidays.

In celebration of Giving Tuesday, a global day of generosity, Thrive Causemetics® kicked off the holiday season by donating to The Shoebox Project.

The holidays can be really challenging for many people. But for women who are living without the comfort and safety of a home and for those who are estranged from family, this time can bring up feelings of loneliness, anxiety and low self-worth,” says Lesley Hendry, CEO of The Shoebox Project.

We’re able to donate to The Shoebox Project because of the ongoing support from you, our Thrive Family. When you recommend us to your friends or purchase our products, you’re helping us uplift more people through our Giving Partners like The Shoebox Project.

“Thrive Causemetics® has been helping us for years to make sure local women impacted by homelessness are not only getting the necessities they need but also the ‘little luxuries’ they deserve,” says Hendry.
