1. Start by applying our Eye Lift 360°™ Waterproof Eyeshadow Primer to bare lids and let set for 30 seconds. 

2. Once dry, apply shadow to your lids, waterline, the inner + outer corners of your eyes and below your brow bone for an instant eye lift. Blend with fingertips or brush.

3. Easily remove this waterproof formula with the Bigger Than Beauty Skincare® Bright Balance™ Hydrating Gel Cleanser.
