How to Nail the “No Makeup Look”

All you need is a few products and 10 minutes to create a simple no makeup, makeup look that will last all day long. Let me share my quick and easy routine plus some modifications based on different features you might want to emphasize. 

Start after completing your skincare routine. For me that’s cleanser, serum, then moisturizer. I recommend Bigger Than Beauty Skincare® Bright Balance™ Hydrating Gel Cleanser, Liquid Brilliance™ Super Serum, and Defying Gravity™ Lightweight Moisturizer for the perfect base.

1. After skincare, prep your skin with 2-3 spritzes of the Instant Makeup Fix™ Set & Refresh Spray and then set it aside for the finishing touch. 

2. Get your Blend + Blur sponge damp, then squeeze out the excess water. 

3. Apply some of the Buildable Blur™ CC Cream to your finger tips and put 2 dots on your forehead, a dot on each cheek and then one on your chin. All together it’s about a dime size amount for light coverage. 

4. Use the flat end of the sponge to pat or press the cc cream into the skin, working your way from top to bottom. If it’s not enough coverage, add a bit more. It’s much easier to add than to remove.  

5. Then grab a Triple Threat™ Color Stick in a bronzer shade. The easiest placement is to create a 3-shape on both sides of your face. These are the angles the sun naturally hits. Don’t blend yet! 

6. Grab the Triple Threat™ Color Stick in a blush shade and apply to your cheeks just above where that middle part of the 3 is. 

7. Use the rounded end of the sponge to blend the bronzer first and then the blush. 

8. From there I move onto the Infinity Waterproof™ Eyebrow Liner. I use the brush end to comb my brows in an upward motion. Then do a gentle outline at the base of the brow before filling them in, keeping it lighter in the front but darker toward the arch and tail. It doesn’t need to be perfect because who has time for that? Use the brush end to blend in the same way you brushed them to start with.  

9. Next I apply The Liquid Lash™ Extensions Mascara to my bottom then top lashes for extra length and definition that will last all day.

10. Set it all with the Instant Makeup Fix™ Set & Refresh Spray and then add Sheer Strength® Hydrating Shine Lip Tint or Sheer Strength® Moisturizing Matte Lip Tint depending on your mood and desired finish. 

Having these products in your makeup bag and ready to go every morning takes all the guess work out of your routine. Already have full brows? For step 8 use the Liquid Brow™ Lamination Lifting Gel. It keeps your brows from developing a mind of their own and becoming unruly throughout the day.

Feeling extra tired, annoyed with dark circles or just want to draw attention to your gorgeous eyes? Grab one of the Brilliant Eye Brightener™ shades with a shimmer finish and apply it between steps 8 & 9. Despite what you may have heard, a little shimmer works for everyone and adding some to the inner corners of your eyes, below your brow bone or along your lash line will give the illusion of a full nights’ sleep. Adding light where there are natural shadows provides the perfect illusion of brightness. 

Have some areas that need extra coverage? Use Buildable Blur™ CC Cream or Buildable Blur™ HD Creaseless Concealer between steps 4 & 5. You can use the flat end of the sponge to blend, and the tip is perfect for the hard to reach areas around the eyes.
