Meet Racquel - the inspiration behind our Brilliant Eye Brightener™ (Soft Silver Shimmer) shade!
Racquel Chariah is a cancer survivor and the Executive Director of our long-time Giving Partner, Self Esteem Rising. She has dedicated herself to bettering the lives of young women through her work with the Hance Family Foundation and their suite of programs. As Executive Director of Self Esteem Rising, Racquel has helped tens of thousands of women and girls across the country develop genuine confidence.
Racquel said, "I survived cancer for a purpose greater than myself. A purpose I don’t take lightly. So today, even if one person is impacted because of this incredible honor by Thrive Causemetics® and the mission of the Hance Family Foundation, my purpose is served."
Self-Esteem Rising is a program of the Hance Family Foundation that fosters the development of self-esteem, self-worth, positive self-talk, accurate self-perception and improved body image & social relationships. The Hance Family Foundation was created from Warren and Jackie Hance's love for their daughters Emma, Alyson and Katie. They have channeled their traumatic grief and loss into sharing their foundation’s mission and original self-esteem programs because their girls lived with enthusiastic confidence.

@Lyssa – We’re so excited you asked this! Our Brilliant Eye Brightener was designed with a built-in sharpener! Just pull out the bottom piece to expose your sharpener. We recommend holding your product upright and twisting out only enough product to fit inside the sharpener. Then, delicately twist the sharpener around the tip of the Brilliant Eye Brightener. This will restore the precise tip to your shade!

I love this, Mascara!!!!! After my husband passed, I let myself go and I used cheap dollar store brands I’m Sixty -Six with couple wrinkles lol but when i use this mascara my eyes brighten up and i actually look sexy lol It goes on easy and comes off easy.

A friend recommended your mascara because I asked her about false eyelashes since she is a beautician. She suggested I try your mascara first, because she said it is really good and makes her lashes look great and I agreed.
So I ordered your mascara and it really does make a difference. And when I used some make up remover, it took all the mascara off…. I was so happy! The other mascaras I have used never come off that easy and mess up my pillow cases. Thank you!!

I love what’s behind your giving plan. I am involved with a nonprofit in my local area, called Maria‘s closet. We empower young ladies in our area by holding an annual event where we give them a brand new prom dress, accessories, make up, as well as a lesson in applying make up.
