Learn How: Perfect Your Everyday Liner With Infinity Waterproof Eyeliner™

Step 1: Line upper lid with Nalie (Chocolate Brown Shimmer) or the shade of your choice.

Step 2: Use the smudge tip at the end of the eyeliner to smoke out the color on your upper lid.

Step 3: Look flawless.

Evonique wears Jade (Teal Shimmer) (left) and Alondra (Aubergine Shimmer) (right) for her everyday looks.

Megan opts for Nalie (Chocolate Brown Shimmer) and Brilliant Eye Brightener™ in Anise (Warm Bronze Shimmer) for a chic yet simple combo.

Tips by Eye Type

  1. Round or larger eyes: Eyeliner should be applied on the top lash line, with some applied to the bottom outer corner, then smudged out to create more of an almond shape.

  2. Almond-shaped eyes: Apply a thin line on the top lash line from the iris to the outer edge with some liner smudged under the lashes on the lower lash line. Pair this with white liner in the waterline to open the eyes as much as possible.

  3. Hooded eyes: Apply eyeliner to the upper, inner lash line then slightly smudge the color up to the lashes to make the lash line appear larger. Then apply a soft eyeliner color like Nalie (Chocolate Brown Shimmer) to the entire bottom lash line.

  4. Deep-set eyes: Use a very thin line on the top lid and add several layers of mascara to the bottom lashes to open up the eyes.

  5. Double lids or monolids: Use a very thick line on the lash line, making sure the line is straight and you can see the liner. Then add a very light liner to the bottom lash line.

Hello, Looking for help. I am a young 82 years old, with silver wavy hair shoulder length. My eyes are deep blue, my eye lids hooded. Need to know what color of eye liner etc to use? I have used in the past grey and black because my hair and complexion will have my face disappear…I love bright colors and shimmer.

    Please help me! Thank you!

@Nancy Thanks for that gorgeous description of yourself! We created our makeup for people of all ages to enjoy. You’d look lovely in the Infinity Waterproof Eyeliner in Alondra (Aubergine Shimmer) + Talia (Navy Matte). You can pair either of these shades with Brilliant Eye Brightener in Stella (Champagne Shimmer). Stella can be used as an eyeshadow stick or cheek highlight and to accentuate your cupid’s bow! :)

@Patti Hi there! To make any color pop, just pick a shade from the opposite side of the color wheel! We highly suggest the Infinity Waterproof Eyeliner in Alondra (Aubergine Shimmer) + the Brilliant Eye Brightener in Aylin (Lilac Shimmer)! These will make your eyes look even more stunning. The microshimmer in our eye products is not glittery or chunky, and is intended to give you a youthful, lit-from-within glow! :)

56 year old with medium-light sensitive skin and green/blue eyes. I like to pull the green out of them. Slightly hooded eyes. What liner and brighter do you suggest? I don’t love super sparkly products. Some shimmer is okay.

@Brooke The shade purple looks incredible with green eyes, so we suggest our Infinity Waterproof Eyeshadow Stick in Elena (Bronze Berry Shimmer). Eye products with microshimmer are recommended for hooded eyes since they pick up the light better for a fresh, youthful appearance. We think you’ll love pairing Elena with the Infinity Waterproof Eyeliner in Nalie (Chocolate Brown Shimmer) or Alondra (Aubergine Shimmer). We can’t wait to hear what you think of this combo!

@Laura Thanks for letting us know how much you love your Thrive Causemetics goodies! To make your eyes appear larger, we love using the Brilliant Eye Brightener in shades Stella (Champagne Shimmer) or Estrella (White Pearl Shimmer). When applied on the waterline (the skin between your lashes and your eyeball) these shades work to make the whites of your eyes appear to be expanded and give you a more alert, well-rested appearance! :)

I like your products very much. I could use some advice on how to make my brown, slightly almond shaped eyes look bigger. I’ve been using some of the darker eyeliner colors and starting to think o have to create a softer look at my age (76). I have some dark areas around my eyes, olive skin tone , and the brown or pinkish colors don’t work on me .

@Rochelle We recommend that people with hooded eyes wear makeup with smooth shimmer, as it picks up the light. The Brilliant Eye Brightener in Stella (Champagne Shimmer) + Muna (Mauve Taupe Shimmer) would be perfect for you! Use Stella on and above your brow bone and in the inner corners of your eyes for an instant highlighting + eye-brightening effect. Muna can be worn as an eyeshadow on your lids and along the lower lash-line as an eyeliner!

@Kristi Absolutely! In fact, the Infinity Waterproof Eyeliner was created specifically to be safe for use on the waterline. It was tested and approved by ophthalmologists to ensure it is safe and effective for tightlining along your upper and lower inner lash line!

@Stella Thanks for that description! We think you’ll love pairing your gorgeous blue eyes with the Infinity Waterproof Eyeliner in Nalie (Chocolate Shimmer). The gold microshimmer will really pick up the gold in your eyes for a lovely effect!
