Giving Back With Lilit's Makeup Studio

Lilit Caradanian is a Bigger Than Beauty®. Last month, she and her talented team of makeup artists from Lilit’s Makeup Studio helped us bring joy to breast cancer thrivers from the Los Angeles-area.

The team kicked off the day with a glam session where all guests received makeovers along with empowering makeup application education.

After the makeovers, we enjoyed a delicious lunch courtesy of Vertigo Events. I was joined by guest speaker nutritionist Elissa Goodman, who shared important health advice for all women. A cancer thriver herself, Elissa explained how gratitude and a healthy diet aided in her healing process.

I had the opportunity to share how I discovered my mission in life after experiencing the loss of my friend Kristy, the inspiration behind Thrive Causemetics® and our Bigger Than Beauty® movement.

From there, we turned the mic over to our inspiring group of breast cancer thrivers. Each woman had the opportunity to share her journey with the group. There were lots of tears, but it was incredible to watch a group of women begin the day as strangers and leave as sisters.

This event was a wonderful reminder that what we have created with Thrive is so much more than a beauty brand; it is a community of support and strength.

Thank you for helping make giving events like this possible through your purchases.

Saw you on the Today show and then followed up on the net to find your products. I would like to ask that you include your link on the NAAF.org for those of us who suffer from Alopecia Aerata. Many of us have total hair loss, including brows, lashes and other parts of the body, including hair. This would be a wonderful opportunity for us to use your products, especially since your lashes will adhere even when there are no lashes. Thanks from a woman who lost all hair over her entire body in less than 6 weeks only to find out it is an Autoimmune disease for which there is currently no known cure.

What a wonderful showcase of how your products inspire others and build a community of caring and outreach to women who share a similar experience. <3
